This is a high-impact role where your driving skills support creative projects—from planting sophisticated outdoor displays for prestigious clients to setting up spectacular holiday installations.
Maximum Stability, Predictable Hours: Mostly Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule based in Arnold, MO. Get the stability you need without the unpredictable hours of long-haul trucking.
Unique, Creative Work: Use your CDL to transport our gear (including the skid steer and trailer ), then join the crew! Be actively involved in building, planting, and decorating beautiful environments across the St. Louis metro area.

Expert Equipment Transport: Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, including dock-high straight trucks, and confidently haul a skid steer and trailer to job sites.
Hands-On Installation: Work alongside the team to install and maintain professional outdoor displays, seasonal plants, and trees.
Seasonal Décor Setup: Assist in the delivery, setup, and removal of our signature indoor and outdoor holiday and seasonal décor.
Safety & Organization: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of equipment, tools, and vehicles to the highest standard.
CDL Class A License and a clean driving record.
Professionalism is Paramount: Due to our work with prestigious St. Louis clientele , all candidates must pass a thorough background check .
Ability to safely lift 50 lbs, bend, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
