Now Hiring: Wound Care Nurse -- The Healer of Heroes!

Do you have a passion for helping people literally heal? Are you the kind of nurse who gets a little thrill from seeing progress (and charting it with pride)? Then dust off your magic touch -- we're looking for a Wound Care Nurse who can bring skill, compassion, and maybe a touch of humor to our long term care family at Oak Hills Care Center.

What You'll Do:

• Be the go-to wound wizard for our residents and care team.
• Assess, treat, and track wounds like the clinical detective you are. 
• Work closely with physicians, CNA's, and other nurses to promote healing and comfort
• Educate staff (and sometimes families) about proper wound care practices.

You're Perfect for This If You:

• A licensed LPN or RN with solid wound care knowledge. (WCC or related certifications = major bonus)
• Someone who loves teamwork, teaching, and good outcomes.
• An organized multitasker who can balance precision with patience
