Architectural Designer

Location: Maitland, Florida

Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000

We are seeking an experienced and talented **Architectural Designer** to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of creating functional, sustainable, and visually stunning designs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with project teams to develop creative and practical architectural design solutions.

- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

- Ensure designs meet local building codes, zoning regulations, and project specifications.

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and solutions.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a maximum of 20 years.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software; familiarity with BIM tools is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices.

- Excellent design, visualization, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
