Transform Lives: Join Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers as a Full-Time Patient-Centered Technician in Anchorage, Alaska! Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients.

- Location: Will be based primarily based in our Anchorage center but may be required to provide coverage in other area centers. Reliable transportation is required to travel between centers.
Your Role - Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
- Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
- Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
What We're Looking For - Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification, combined with substantial relevant work experience in direct patient care. Stable and consistent work history.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in psychology or any human services related major; AND at least one combined year of work or internship experience, required. Preference for healthcare or behavioral health experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD preferred). Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) required. Strong grasp appropriate patient/provider boundaries required. Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus).
- Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable transportation to travel between centers is required.

Benefits Statement: Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual.
