What You’ll Tackle

• Choose and apply the right process—MIG, TIG, or stick—to deliver consistent, high-quality results on a variety of materials.
• Read and translate technical drawings into accurate setups, fits, and welds.
• Inspect and test welds to ensure structural integrity and adherence to standards.
• Maintain welding machines and hand tools to keep operations smooth and safe.
• Coordinate with teammates to meet deadlines and production metrics.
• Work safely and follow established protocols at all times.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior welders as needed.

Ideal Profile

• At least 3 years of proven welding experience.
• Comfortable interpreting blueprints and technical documentation.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to first-time-right quality.
• Resourceful problem-solver; effective independently and within a team.
• Welding certifications (AWS, ASME) preferred but not mandatory.
• Physically capable of handling heavy materials and equipment.
