Position Summary:

We’re looking for a Content Manager - a skilled and creative writer who can develop high-quality content that connects with our audience and brings our brand to life. This role will support omni-channel campaigns, SEO initiatives, lifecycle marketing, and community engagement while managing content workflows across national and local initiatives.

You will execute The Joint Chiropractic’s content marketing strategy by producing engaging, on-brand copy across digital and print channels. You’ll partner closely with marketing, operations, and external teams to support key campaigns and content initiatives, ensuring consistency, clarity, and performance across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and edit compelling content across email, website, blog, app, SMS, social media, print, and in-clinic signage
  • Translate campaign briefs into brand-aligned messaging for both national and local marketing efforts
  • Develop messaging for digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Google
  • Contribute to Spanish-language content development and localization for multicultural campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to support campaign strategy and creative execution
  • Assist with social media and reputation management by responding to comments and reviews in line with brand guidelines
  • Support the creation and optimization of SEO-focused content, including blogs and web pages
  • Partner with PR and SEO teams to implement backlink strategies and improve organic visibility
  • Write content for lifecycle marketing initiatives, including automated email, SMS, and app notifications
  • Support the execution of promotional campaigns across multiple touchpoints, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand standards
  • Manage content intake, approvals, timelines, and documentation using project management tools like Asana
  • Maintain a consistent voice and tone across all platforms and content types

What You Bring

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt voice and tone across channels
  • Experience writing across multiple platforms, including email, social, web, and print
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with comfort handling multiple deadlines
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and how content supports discoverability and ranking
  • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and digital content automation tools
  • Experience with community management and public engagement on social and review platforms
  • Spanish-language fluency is a plus
  • Collaborative mindset, with a history of working cross-functionally and with creative teams

Location: This role follows a hybrid schedule and will require an in-office presence at our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters at least three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).

Compensation:

  • Salary: $65k - 75k DOE, plus a short-term incentive program
