Job Description

This purpose of the custodian position is to ensure all aspects of janitorial standards are met and maintained for the facility including but not limited to cleaning of restrooms, break rooms, offices and foyer area throughout the day and maintaining supplies as needed in all restrooms.

Responsibilities

• Clean and mop foyer area, offices, break rooms and restrooms
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the facility
• Work closely with the building leadership to maintain a sufficient inventory of housekeeping, restroom and break room supplies for the building
• Sanitize all high traffic areas 4 times per safety standards 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of housekeeping, janitorial, and sanitation supplies
• Ability to understand Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) instructions  

Education/Experience

• Diploma or GED Equivalency 
• 1 year of housekeeping or janitorial experience
