As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative , you’ll serve as the face of meaningful causes, engaging directly with the public through community events, donor outreach, and grassroots fundraising campaigns .
Represent respected nonprofit organizations at community outreach events
Provide outstanding customer service to potential supporters and donors
Share nonprofit missions with the public in a clear, inspiring, and compelling way
Encourage people to take action— donate, volunteer, or advocate
Collaborate with your outreach team to meet campaign goals
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm in every interaction
