As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers—answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience across phone, email, chat, and/or social media.
✔ Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
✔ Troubleshoot product or service issues and follow through to resolution
✔ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
