Overview Join our team as a part-time intern focused on data science and business analytics. This internship offers hands-on experience with data tools, exposure to commercial strategy, and opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects while learning from experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities **Data Science & Insights** + Assist in building predictive models and basic machine learning tools to identify trends. + Help translate data into clear, actionable insights for business teams. + Support the development of dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI. + **Data Analysis & Market Research** + Analyze customer behavior and market trends under guidance. + Contribute to market segmentation efforts and performance reporting. + Help prepare executive summaries and competitive benchmarking reports. **Database & Infrastructure Support** + Learn to work with structured and unstructured data sources. + Assist in maintaining data integrity and supporting analytics pipelines. + Support data security and access protocols as needed. **Process Improvement & Automation** + Participate in process improvement initiatives using Lean and AI tools. + Help automate simple tasks related to commissions and deal tracking. + Learn and apply basic RBS (Ralliant Business System) tools. Technology & Innovation + Explore digital tools like Power BI, Power Automate, and RPA. + Assist in evaluating new technologies that support business goals. + Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand technology needs.
