Position:  Document Processing Specialist (Global Law Firm)

Organization:  Global AM 100 Law Firm

Location/Hours:  Fully Remote – Mon-Fri 5pm ET – Midnight

Comp Package:  Base to $110K, Paid Overtime, Bonus, Full Benefits, 401K+, Tuition Reimbursement, etc.

Responsibilities for Document Processing Specialist:

• Communicate with lawyers and supervisors regarding jobs, instructions or deadlines
• Provide at-desk support to lawyers or off-site client support as requested
• Assist with the documentation and materials utilized in the department training program
• Produce, edit and format complex legal documents; format, revise and blackline documents
• Convert documents to Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
• Answer telephones and provide technical help when needed
• Proofread work for accuracy
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements for Document Processing Specialist:

• 4+ years of experience as a word processor in a law firm
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent work ethic and strong teamwork skills in a high volume, minimally staffed environment
• Must be organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a calm, pleasant demeanor
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision, make independent, well thought out decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with attorneys, staff and clients
• Accurately types 60 wpm or higher
