**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of HVAC or construction estimating experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MEP systems and subcontractor scope alignment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with strategic planning abilities.
- Proficient in estimating sheet metal and performing design work, including duct sizing.
- Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procure.
- Effective time management skills and adapts well to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel throughout New England and the Northeast as required.
