The Sunshine School of the MJCCA is looking for a passionate, playful, and patient Toddler Teacher to join our warm and welcoming team. If you believe puddle-jumping is a legitimate life skill and the best lessons happen through play, keep reading!

About the Role

As our Toddler Teacher (working with children ages 2–3), you will:

• Support big milestones with love and encouragement
• Plan engaging, hands-on activities like sensory play, painting, and pretend tea parties
• Celebrate every “aha!” moment, from a new word to counting to three
• Sing, dance, and read stories like the classroom superstar you are
• Create a nurturing, safe environment where every child feels seen and special

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
• OR Child Development Associate (CDA) credential (or willing to obtain)
• Prior experience in a preschool or childcare setting
