💼 What You'll Be Doing:

As a Marketing & Sales Associate, you’ll help bring top-tier brands to life through face-to-face customer engagement and event marketing :

• Coordinate and execute live events , in-store promotions , and community outreach campaigns

• Represent major brands at retail locations, pop-up activations , and local events

• Engage customers directly to promote products, answer questions, and generate leads

• Assist with customer acquisition , brand awareness, and retention strategies

• Work closely with your team to meet sales targets and optimize campaign success

• Attend regular sales and marketing training sessions to enhance skills and confidence

• Collect and report customer insights to improve campaign strategies

🔍 What We're Looking For:

• Local candidates preferred — immediate availability is a plus

• High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)

• Strong communication skills and a naturally outgoing personality

• Energetic, reliable, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment

• Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and engaging with the public

• Team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

• No previous experience required — full training is provided!
