Your Role
Lead all BOH operations across two kitchens—menu creation, ordering, inventory, food costing, and vendor management. Recruit, train, and motivate staff while ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and hospitality.

Wed–Thu: 4–9pm | Fri–Sat: 11:30am–10pm | Sun: 11:30am–8pm
