What You’ll Do

  • Lead with Creativity: Oversee daily production, ensuring every dish is prepared and presented to the highest culinary and wellness standards.

  • Inspire & Develop Talent: Mentor, train, and empower a passionate team of chefs and culinary professionals, fostering growth and excellence.

  • Drive Excellence: Maintain a safe, pristine kitchen environment and uphold rigorous quality standards that reflect Canyon Ranch’s reputation for wellness and hospitality.

  • Balance Art & Operations: Manage scheduling, costs, and resources to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting business goals.

  • Step Into Leadership: Act as a trusted partner to the Executive Chef, assuming full leadership in their absence.

What You’ll Bring to the Table
  • Culinary Mastery: 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in a high-volume or fine dining kitchen environment.

  • Education & Training: An associate degree in culinary arts (or equivalent specialized training/experience) that has honed your craft and fueled your creativity.
