Job Description

Join a respected and appreciative small automotive dealership in Naples, FL that is seeking a hands-on controller. The Controller will be a vital part of the team and experience in automotive accounting is required. You will be expected to perform all day-to-day accounting functions. This includes, but is not limited to, payroll, titles, and financials. This is NOT a managerial role only. The qualified candidate will be expected to perform all accounting functions. Must have outstanding customer service skills as you will interact with our customers regularly. Responsibilities:

• Payroll
• Titles
• Financials
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Able to perform all accounting functions from start to finish
• Guarantee strict compliance with accounting regulations and standards
• Perform detailed financial data analysis to provide strategic insights for decision-making

Qualifications:

• PRIOR ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

• Prior Office Manager or Controller experience
• General computer skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office or similar systems are required
• Possess knowledge of the automotive industry and exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills are preferred
