Position Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time School Bus Driver who will play an important role in ensuring students arrive safely at school ready to learn and explore.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely pick up and drop off students along established routes.
Transport students and staff to special events, such as field trips or sporting events.
Provide route coverage and transportation support across schools when needed.
Must be reasonably expected to travel of up to 100 miles and remain seated in a behind-the-wheel position for extended periods of time.
Maintain flexibility to work a split shift, including morning and afternoon routes and occasional trips in between.
Assist School Principal with various tasks around the school if transportation is not scheduled
What We’re Looking For:
Certifications: CDL A or B required with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements, plus a School Bus Permit (SBP).
Strong driving skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a physical and DOT drug screening.
A professional, reliable, and positive presence with students, families, and school staff.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Candidate must have HS Diploma or equivalent.
Must possess the physical ability to do all required work of the position.
