Job Summary:

Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.

PROJECT FLOOR TECH - WEST REGION AREA.

West Region includes: 

Bloomingdale, Glen Ellyn, Wheaton, Warrenville, Naperville, Aurora, Batavia, St Charles, Geneva, South Elgin, Elburn, Sycamore, Dekalb, Hampshire and Waterman. 

Floor Tech will drive company vehicle to complete all projects in all locations. 

Background check that includes driving record required for this position.

• Perform all assigned tasks in a professional manner.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors to include tile, carpet, and brick flooring.
• Complete work assignments in a timely manner.
• Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to policy and procedure.
• Leverage and maintain floor equipment as appropriate.
• Observe safety precautions at all times, uses safety signs “wet floor”.
• Ability to work without normal supervision.
• Reports safety hazards when identified.
• Safely drive a company vehicle.
• Realizar todas las tareas asignadas de manera profesional.
• Realizar la limpieza y el mantenimiento de todos los pisos, que incluye pisos de cerámica, alfombras y pisos de ladrillo.
• Realizar las asignaciones de trabajo de manera oportuna.
• Utilizar los productos químicos y suministros apropiados según las políticas y los procedimientos.
• Aprovechar y mantener los equipos de piso según corresponda.
• Aplicar las precauciones de seguridad en todo momento; usar señales de seguridad de "piso mojado".
• Posibilidad de trabajar sin supervisión.
• Informar sobre riesgos de seguridad cuando sean identificados.
• Conducir con seguridad un vehículo de la compañía.
• Hacemos E-Verify
