Job Summary: As the Cabinet Design Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple cabinetry design and installation projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and our team of designers and installers to ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. In addition to managing projects, you will be responsible for estimating, ordering materials, showroom management, job evaluations, and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities - Manage multiple cabinetry design and installation projects from start to finish.
- Provide accurate and detailed estimates for each project.
- Order materials and supplies required for each project.
- Manage and maintain the showroom to ensure it is presentable and up to
date.
- Conduct job evaluations to ensure that each project is completed to the
highest quality standards.
- Schedule projects and assign tasks to team members and contractors.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure everyone
is on the same page.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that values
community, collaboration, and creativity.
- Continuously seek to improve processes and outcomes to ensure client
satisfaction.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of computer software programs such as 20-20, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time.
- Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Must have a passion for community-based work and enhancing the lives of clients and their communities.
