Job Description

O'Hagan Meyer is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and has a passion for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and client engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the planning, coordination, and execution of firm events, including webinars, seminars, conferences, sponsorship activations, and networking activities. Responsibilities include managing event logistics and budgets, coordinating with vendors and venues, preparing event materials, tracking RSVPs, and ensuring a seamless attendee experience. Collaborate with attorneys to align event strategy with business development goals and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, practice groups, and the marketing team to develop, edit, and manage high-quality content, including client alerts, newsletters, website copy, practice area descriptions, attorney bios, and thought leadership pieces. Maintain a content calendar, ensure brand consistency and tone, and support the distribution of content across digital channels such as the firm’s website, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the firm’s services and expertise.
  • Assist with public relations efforts, including drafting press releases and coordinating media outreach.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, pitchbooks, and presentations.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain the firm’s CRM system, ensuring accurate client and prospect data for marketing outreach.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including graphic designers, printers, and digital marketing agencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Experience in event management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM systems, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of legal industry marketing trends and compliance considerations is a plus.

Compensation: $28.00 to $33.50 per hour
