Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing Manager to help us attract new business and

grow our customer base. In this role, you will work under the leadership of the Business Development

Director to turn our strategic goals into effective marketing campaigns. Your main mission will be to

generate high-quality leads for our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Campaign Execution: Build and run multi-channel marketing campaigns (including email, social

media, SEO, and ads) to generate leads and move potential customers through the sales funnel.

* Content & Asset Creation: Manage the production of various marketing materials, such as training

videos, product guides, website content, and sales presentations.

Market Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to find

new opportunities and test new ideas.

* Martech & Tools: Work with our marketing tools (like CRM, Google Analytics, and HubSpot)

effectively to track performance and optimize campaigns.

**Team Collaboration:**

* Report to and collaborate with the Business Development Director and work closely with BD Team on

strategy and planning.

* Partner with our experienced Marketing Assistant to delegate tasks and execute plans efficiently.
* Work with other departments (R&D, New Product Development, Finance, HR and others) to support

company goals.

* Innovation: Always look for new, creative ways to improve our marketing efforts and get better results.

**What We're Looking For (Qualifications):**

- 2+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role, with a proven focus on generating leads in the US market

- A "doer" who is highly motivated and can work independently on assigned tasks.

- Hands-on experience with key marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools).

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

- Good presentation and communication skills. It would be a big plus if you have:

- Experience in the Translation & Localization Industry

- Experience working with a remote or international team.

- Some technical knowledge or background.
