We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Officer to oversee and manage complex, multi-jurisdictional financial compliance efforts. This role ensures adherence to applicable regulations across target markets, interprets and applies FinCEN guidance, Money Transmission License (MTL) requirements, and country-specific banking laws. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing compliance obligations across global regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead compliance oversight across operations in the US, Ghana, Jamaica, Oman, Turkey, and Indonesia .
• Interpret and apply regulatory frameworks including FinCEN rules, MTL regulations, and jurisdiction-specific financial compliance laws .
• Manage compliance requirements across varied legal environments, including emerging market banking frameworks.
• Collaborate with legal, operations, and product teams to integrate regulatory requirements into business practices.
• Monitor updates to financial regulations and advise on implications for current and future operations.
• Coordinate with local regulators and legal counsel to ensure proactive compliance.
• Prepare and manage licensing applications, audits, and compliance reporting across target jurisdictions.
• Support risk assessment and internal policy development aligned with evolving regulatory landscapes.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in financial compliance, regulatory affairs, or legal advisory in fintech or financial services.
• Direct experience managing compliance requirements across the US, Ghana, Jamaica, Oman, Turkey, and Indonesia .
• Strong understanding of FinCEN , MTL frameworks , and international banking compliance.
• Familiarity with local banking laws and cross-border regulatory expectations.
• Excellent research, interpretation, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple regulatory regimes simultaneously with precision and strategic foresight.
