We’re hiring several high-agency data analysts for the technical staff of the Office of the CEO—a small, interdisciplinary team of analysts, engineers, and strategists—to analyze and help drive Clover’s most important outcomes.
Clover is many things: a health insurance company with industry-leading clinical quality; a tech startup driving unprecedented physician engagement; and a clinical practice managing highly complex care. But more than that, it’s a wedge to change healthcare itself . As an Analyst in the Office of the CEO, you’ll have a rare chance to inform the highest-level decisions and technical initiatives in service of that change. You’ll work with a team of technologists to apply data-driven decision-making to our AI initiatives and other strategic programs, and be at the vanguard of our most crucial outcomes.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is$120,000 to $160,000. Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant’s education, work experience, certifications, etc.
