We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Entry-Level Remote Data Entry Typist / Transcriptionist / Records Clerk to join our team. This is a flexible, work-from-home position ideal for individuals who are organized, tech-savvy, and able to work independently. No prior professional experience is required—just a willingness to learn and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, or systems

• Type and format documents, reports, and correspondence

• Transcribe audio or video recordings into written text

• Maintain digital filing systems and organize electronic records

• Review data for errors or missing information and make corrections

• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality

• Meet assigned deadlines and follow data handling procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer skills (typing, internet navigation, email, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute

• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop

• Good communication skills and time management

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Willingness to learn new tools and software (training provided)

Nice-to-Have (But Not Required):

• Previous experience in data entry, transcription, or clerical work

• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office

• Comfortable with using transcription software or productivity tools
