It's imperative that the candidates have SAP FICO expertise.
The data governance skills are definitely nice to have, but not as critical as SAP knowledge and stellar analytical skills.
Understanding of data quality concepts and experience in data profiling is key, too.
Proactive and curious to drive outcomes independently with willingness to investigate quality root causes in order to drive remediation
Exposure to Data Governance data management, cataloging, data governance frameworks, metadata & data quality management
SAP tables knowledge - Finance / supply chain P&L understanding
