Registered Nurse (RN) – School-Based 1:1 Nurse (Part-Time, 2025–2026 School Year)
Location: In-person | Full time 
Hours: Approx 38 per week

Ampersand Therapy — a women- and therapist-founded local company — is hiring a  Registered Nurse (RN)for a 1:1 school nursing position for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. If you’re a pediatric nurse looking to work in a school setting, we’d love to hear from you!

Position Details:

• 1:1 nursing support for a transition-age student (18–22 years old)
• Bus riding required to and from school; M-F position
• Care needs: seizure management/monitoring, medication administering, ADL assistance

Requirements:

• Valid DOH RN License (WA State) - Compact Multi-state RN licenses are also accepted
• Fingerprinting required prior to start
