Job Description

We are looking for a talented School Psychologist for the school year.

Hourly Rate Range: $50.00 - $64.00 per hour

Responsibilities would include:

• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students’ academic, cognitive, and social-emotional needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans.
• Provide individual and group counseling to support student mental health and behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to develop intervention strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and crisis intervention as needed.
• Maintain confidential records and documentation per Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) and IDEA guidelines.
• Provide training and consultation for staff on mental health, behavior management, and student wellness.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist Endorsement (issued by the Illinois State Board of Education – ISBE).
• Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) preferred.
• Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required.
