Duration: 20 Weeks (2025–2026 School Year)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Time: 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $55–$65 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a qualified and experienced School Psychologist to support students in a K–12 educational setting in Columbia, South Carolina. This contract role focuses on delivering comprehensive psychological services that promote students’ academic success, emotional well-being, and positive behavioral outcomes. The position is primarily on-site , with a limited hybrid option available.
ResponsibilitiesProvide psychological services to K–12 students addressing academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
Participate in eligibility determinations, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary team collaborations
Develop and implement intervention strategies and behavior support plans
Collaborate with educators, administrators, families, and support staff
Maintain accurate documentation and reports in accordance with state and district guidelines
Support school-wide initiatives related to student mental health and learning
Minimum 2 years of experience as a School Psychologist
Active School Psychologist license in South Carolina
Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology (or higher, as required for licensure)
Ability to work full-time on-site or in a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
