Job Description

Salary: $95,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with an active polygraph
• Over 3 years of experience in JavaScript, familiarity with ServiceNow, and a solid understanding of the ServiceNow data schema
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any future time
• Ability to work entirely onsite in Chantilly, VA

Responsibilities:

• Implement Out of the Box (OOTB) ServiceNow modules to facilitate client business transformation.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to collect requirements and ensure project alignment.
• Document and analyze business processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Leverage software platforms to upgrade and transform client and customer service delivery.
