Position Summary We are seeking a creative and driven
Social Media Marketer to join our team at our Lakewood, NJ office. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital engagement, storytelling, and creating impactful content that aligns with our mission of compassionate care. You'll be responsible for managing and growing our online presence across multiple platforms to raise awareness, educate the community, and support our outreach and recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging, on-brand content including graphics, videos, stories, and written posts
- Monitor social channels and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.) and adjust strategy accordingly
- Collaborate with internal departments (clinical, outreach, HR) to highlight events, success stories, staff spotlights, and patient testimonials (when appropriate and HIPAA-compliant)
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices in healthcare and nonprofit marketing
- Coordinate and promote community events, volunteer opportunities, and fundraising campaigns
- Ensure all content reflects our mission, values, and commitment to patient dignity
Qualifications - 1-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
- Proficient in platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, and basic video editing tools
- Strong writing and communication skills with attention to tone and branding
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in healthcare, hospice, or nonprofit marketing is a plus
- Familiarity with HIPAA and sensitivity to patient confidentiality is required
