Remote: Remote (US Based only) candidate must understand they will need to be available, accessible, and responsive between the hours of 8:00 am 5:00 pm PT regardless of their current time zone

Actively looking for a senior PM reporting directly to me with relevant hands-on experience managing critical and complex projects.
Years' Experience Required: 7+ serving as overall Project Manager
To streamline the process, please do not present candidates that have dual function titles (i.e., Project/Program Manager, Project Manager/Team Lead, etc.) as this will not allow us to determine actual "Project Manager" experience.
This person may be responsible for managing projects within the WFA, ePerformance space, but highly beneficial if they had overall PeopleSoft project management module (Benefits, GL, Payroll, Absence Management, etc.) knowledge or experience.

Manage more than one project based on complexity or criticality (must have skill set as it is highly likely they will have more than one project)
Escalate in a timely manner
Produce detailed project plans
Drive project to completion
Hold resources and task owners accountable
Report out to senior executive leadership
Well organized and can run project team meetings/Sprints
Either step into project mid-way, or manage from start
Can communicate and articulate very clearly to all levels of stakeholders.
