As a Wound Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients with complex wound care needs. Responsibilities:
Assess and develop individualized wound care plans for patients with complex wound care needs
Develop and implement wound care protocols to promote wound healing and prevent further complications
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
Provide evidence-based education to patients and their families on wound care and prevention
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and progress
Demonstrate a commitment to delivering compassionate and culturally sensitive care to patients and their families
Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of Georgia
Experience in wound care nursing or a related field (0 years of experience)
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of wound care principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong commitment to customer service and patient satisfaction

Roswell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 24-hour, full-service sub-acute, skilled nursing, and long-term care facility located in the heart of historic downtown Roswell, Georgia.
