Key Responsibilities
+ Process and manage high-volume accounts payable tasks, ensuring precision and efficiency in handling weekly invoices.
+ Lead and monitor accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely collection and maintaining accuracy.
+ Perform bank reconciliations regularly to ensure integrity and compliance across financial records.
+ Oversee inventory tracking and reporting, maintaining proper valuation control and documentation.
+ Conduct job costing assessments and provide detailed financial analysis to support operational decision-making.
+ Prepare and present accounts payable and accounts receivable reports for management review.
+ Handle intercompany transactions across multiple entities, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
+ Accurately file and monitor sales tax reports to ensure compliance with deadlines.
+ Utilize QuickBooks Desktop to perform accounting tasks and generate reports.
+ Support month-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledger accounts.

Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is required.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Experience with inventory management and reporting.
- Familiarity with job costing and intercompany transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sales tax filings and compliance.
- Solid understanding of general ledger, journal entries, and month-end close procedures.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP is a plus.
