As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for creating genuine connections with customers and educating them about our innovative solar solutions. By sharing your knowledge and passion for sustainability, you'll be helping pave the way for a cleaner future.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Conducting door-to-door outreach to engage with homeowners and explain the advantages of solar energy.
• Demonstrating product benefits and navigating customers through the purchasing process.
• Building trust and rapport with potential clients, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
• Collaborating with a dynamic team to achieve sales targets and drive growth in your area.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• A genuine interest in renewable energy and a desire to help others.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but we are open to training motivated individuals.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a determination to succeed.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to reach homeowners when they are available.
